Bali-Balima

Beirut (Lebanon)

2010

Completed / Interior ArchitectureArea - 32m²

Bali-Balima is one of the smallest venues in the Beirut Souks. It has two serving stations - drinks on one side and small platters on the other

Bali-Balima revives Intabli Square in Downtown Beirut with its beautiful terrace surrounding a fountain, a symbol of the old souks.

Visitors can relax on contemporary or oriental, café-style furniture, and enjoy a drink with manouché, a traditional Lebanese flatbread adorned with olive oil, zaatar and sesame seeds.

Splashing lights by CAI Light add a touch of contemporary Islamic design at night.
