This proposal comprised two twenty-story towers in a built-up area of Jeddah – one housing apartments, the other a boutique hotel with a range of luxury and penthouse suites.
The main façade of the boutique hotel was designed to face the sea and consisted of a series of louvers clad in mirrored glass and aluminium panels in graded hues.
These would reflect the sun and create a subtle surface of shimmering colors.
